Thanks to the KeyBank Foundation’s $10 million historic gift to the Rock Hall, we’re offering the CLE VIP ticket program with free admission to the Museum for residents currently residing inside the City of Cleveland limits. Ticketing for this program is available online only. Residents of the City of Cleveland must show proof of residency such as a driver’s license, state ID, or photo ID with City of Cleveland addressed utility bill or similar correspondence upon entry to verify CLE VIP tickets.
Additional Policies:
- Children under 18 without an ID may gain entrance with their parent or guardian.
- Limited to five minors (without ID) per one adult admission.
- Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- This offer is valid one per person per day.
- Excludes special events.
